The Mistress of Time peeks out her crescent moon window at the glorious rays of morning sun lighting up her world. Even the clock says "<" - "torch" in the old runes, the symbol for light and inspiration. She skips happily out the front door to greet the day and the winged and furry friends who await her. She lies on the ground, one ear searching eagerly for the sound that balances her world. The pendulum that is the heartbeat of time thrums quietly below, deep in the earth, guarded by the roots that anchor her home. In the pendulum, as in her, time and vision flow together. The celestial realm above, the spirits of earth and nature, the four directions of the compass, all are woven into the web of time and symbols we call reality. Reassured that the beat goes on, The Mistress of Time settles down on the bench for her daily meditation. As the hands of time stroll past the symbols, new stories unfold in her vision. She is always excited to see what time will bring today.
The clock face has runes instead of numbers, so you can use the clock as an oracle; a full set of runes and a book to help interpret their meaning is included
This is a working, battery powered wall clock; requires AA battery, included.
