First came a Fairy House. Everything else flowed from that. We created a habitat where our Fairy friends could live, close to us. The Fairies moved in and told us their stories. When we took photos of their habitats, the Fairies appeared in them, giving birth to the prints, calendars, and cards.

Every product in the Fairy Store is handmade in our workshop in Oregon, created with materials from nature, and designed to provide a real home to real Fairies.

Life begins with an open and unlimited imagination. We invite you see with your imagination – and give yourself permission to believe what you see. The world is alive, Fairies are real, and they peek out at us from every Earth place that remembers the wild. Let the Fairies take your imagination by the hand and lead you to the threshold. On the other side, there is magic.

Whether your Fairy friends are cosmically wired or still sending messages via pigeon post, either of these Fairy mailboxes will please them and make communication with them a little easier. Keeping in touch with kin and members of other clans is always important and either of these Fairy mailboxes will help them do that - but these mailboxes make it easier for Fairies to exchange transmissions with their notoriously dense and difficult to reach human neighbors.

Choose either communication method:

Elf (E)mail: Box is made of stone and weatherproof mortar.
Post is sturdy wood and is attached to a 2 in dia, flat base so you can stand the mailbox on a flat surface or bury it in soil.
Flap opens and closes, so you can leave notes.

Snail mail: "Box" is an actual snail shell. Post is sturdy wood and attached to a 2 in dia. flat base so you can stand mailbox on a flat surface or bury it in soil.

PLEASE NOTE: A couple of the studio Fairies insist on slipping letters into the mailboxes before we ship them out, hoping to get communication started. You are NOT obligated to write back. (That is, if you don't mind giant slugs in your regular mailbox, your napping cat woven into a spider's web, pinecones, in your breakfast cereal box . . .)
