First came a Fairy House. Everything else flowed from that. We created a habitat where our Fairy friends could live, close to us. The Fairies moved in and told us their stories. When we took photos of their habitats, the Fairies appeared in them, giving birth to the prints, calendars, and cards.

Every product in the Fairy Store is handmade in our workshop in Oregon, created with materials from nature, and designed to provide a real home to real Fairies.

Fairy Store

Life begins with an open and unlimited imagination. We invite you see with your imagination Ė and give yourself permission to believe what you see. The world is alive, Fairies are real, and they peek out at us from every Earth place that remembers the wild. Let the Fairies take your imagination by the hand and lead you to the threshold. On the other side, there is magic.

Dimensions: 5" X 7" print; 8" X 10" cardboard backing and beveled mat.

The Forest Sprites are all characters who emerged from John Crawford's mystical digital collage prints. Each print begins as a single photograph, taken in nature, and, as John copies, inverts, and overlaps portions of the photo, he finds creatures who were hiding in the original scene. Many are shy and choose to remain a part of their environment in the print but some are intrigued by the opportunity of having John help them take on individual form. As he coaxes them from the print, they often find their voices and insert themselves into our lives and projects. You'll find some of them on the website, others in the Fairy Woodland movie, "Gateways to Faerie." Now you can bring them into your life to lighten your day, make you smile, and help you remember that Fairies are everywhere you look.

LEAF: His eyes seem to follow you everywhere but it's not because he's nosey - he's just curious about everything. He likes to know which way the wind's blowing, how many birds are gathered in the trees, and what you're having for dinner. Since he's closely related to trees, he has a good memory and loves to hear stories. He's also not shy about telling you all the tales he knows - which is a compilation of years of listening to the wind, the birds, and everyone else who's ever come to visit. If you're having a gray day, unable to find inspiration for a new story for your life, ask Leaf. He'll be glad to suggest one - or two, or twenty.
