First came a Fairy House. Everything else flowed from that. We created a habitat where our Fairy friends could live, close to us. The Fairies moved in and told us their stories. When we took photos of their habitats, the Fairies appeared in them, giving birth to the prints, calendars, and cards.

Every product in the Fairy Store is handmade in our workshop in Oregon, created with materials from nature, and designed to provide a real home to real Fairies.

Life begins with an open and unlimited imagination. We invite you see with your imagination – and give yourself permission to believe what you see. The world is alive, Fairies are real, and they peek out at us from every Earth place that remembers the wild. Let the Fairies take your imagination by the hand and lead you to the threshold. On the other side, there is magic.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are for the continental US only.  We will be happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and other international destinations and will contact you for your approval of additional shipping costs.

We ship most of our products via UPS ground.  Some smaller, lighter items such as posters and prints, furniture, mailboxes, etc. we ship via USPS priority mail.  We reserve the right to choose the shipping method that we feel is most appropriate for the items being shipped.

SHIPPING TIME
We are located on the West coast.  Shipping time via UPS Ground to other West Coast destinations is 3 days; mountain time, 3-4 days; Central time, 4-5 days; Eastern time, 7 days.

CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Fairy Houses and other Fairy Woodland products are made of natural materials which can cause problems in customs.  For international shipments, your customs may require that your Fairy House be treated or irradiated to make sure there are no alien creatures hiding in the wood.  We have not found any way to avoid this problem, so please be aware that whatever you order may be subject to some kind of treatment for which you may be charged.

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. If your order arrives and is damaged in any way or you unhappy with it for any reason, please contact us and we will do everything we can to solve the problem.
